Good
Transportation was convenient as it was near the subway station. The room condition was good, but it was frustrating because there were no windows. Breakfast was pretty good

Pleasant hotel, staff was helpful. Quiet neighborhood as it is supposing an office district.
Room size was comfortable, have in-room Nespresso Machine. However some rooms have see-thru glass for bathrooms, not convenient for some of us.
Have requested extra bed for Queen Room setting however only learnt at check-in that it is only possible to add for Twin-Sharing Room only. Read reviews that the train station is next to the hotel, in fact it was almost 80m - 100m away. Hotel is along the main road, we ended taking cab most of the time.

Clean and new.
Not exactly close to the train station and staff at the reception seems to not know what’s happening/what to do and hence slows down a lot of the processes.
